One product, all features, three ways to pay.
Try first: every download starts a 7-day free trial of Caxton Pro on its own, every feature unlocked, no credit card, no account. Buy whenever you're convinced.

One workbench instead of three apps.
Instead of switching between a text editor, spreadsheet, and log viewer, work with all three in one native Mac app. One file, one price, and the price can be final.
Clean the CSV without opening Excel. Typed grid, fill, dedupe, save back to plain CSV.
Inspect the log without splitting it. Filter, Go to Time, severity, follow.
Fix the encoding without writing a script. Reopen with any of 18 encodings.
Search a 50 GB file without importing it anywhere. Memory mapped, exact counts, one undo.
Bought for the file that broke everything else; kept because it replaced the apps next to it.
What is free, and what a license adds.
When the Caxton Pro trial ends, or a subscription lapses, Caxton is Caxton Free and keeps working on any file at full speed. Nothing uninstalls and nothing locks. Caxton Pro is for changing the file, saving it, and writing new data from it. A report about the file opens as a new document on Caxton Free.

Questions people actually ask.
Is Caxton only for huge files?
No. It is built for multi-gigabyte scale, but it is a full CSV editor and text editor at any size, and plenty of people use it daily for ordinary files. A 4 KB config opens the same way a 10 GB log does; the big-file engineering just means small files never wait.
What happens when the Caxton Pro trial ends?
Caxton becomes Caxton Free. Nothing uninstalls, nothing locks you out of your data: you can still open, scroll, search, filter, and copy from any file. Editing, saving and extracting to a new document are Caxton Pro, and they resume the moment you activate a license.
What if my subscription lapses?
Caxton Free, same promise: your files are never held hostage. Resubscribe and Caxton Pro picks up where it left off. Lifetime licenses never lapse.
How many Macs can I use?
Each license activates on up to 3 Macs. Deactivate a seat any time from Caxton ▸ License…, and moving to a new machine takes a minute.
I lost my license key.
Retrieve it any time at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders: enter the email you bought with and a sign-in link arrives with your order history and keys. The same link lives in Caxton ▸ License… and on the support page.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app is fully local. Subscriptions revalidate quietly about once a day and keep working for 30 days without any contact with the licensing server; lifetime licenses never need the network again after activation, apart from one confirmation for a lifetime license activated by Caxton 1.x.
Refunds?
If Caxton isn't working out, email hello@caxton.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms, no interrogation.
Who processes payments?
Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record: they handle checkout, receipts, and sales tax and VAT worldwide. We never see your card details.
